Xplor Setup Links

Xplor is an app-based childcare management platform that enables parents to experience their child’s early learning journey in real-time through a live feed of photos, videos and activities. By automating roll-call and attendance as well as rosters, reporting, payroll, invoices, payments and HR, the platform also reduces the admin burden on educators, freeing them up to focus on teaching.

Creating Xplor Account

Our centre uses Xplor to manage all our bookings, communication with parents and Finance. Upon enrolment you will need need to create a parent/guardian account. This account will help you have control over your childs bookings by marking absences, signing attendances in/out or adding casual bookings and late-drop off times. It is recommended that you download the Xplor app for your convenience.

Signing CWA and Confirming Enrolment

To receive subsidy, you will need to complete a few steps. A Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) is an ongoing agreement between an ECEC service provider and a Parent/Guardian, to provide care in return for fees. Once you have created an Xplor account our administrator will send you a CWA document onto your account for you to review and sign. This agreement must be signed in order for your child to attend the centre. Once the CWA is signed, you will then need to confirm your child's enrolment details through Centrelink. Please ensure you have completed a Centrelink Claim and Activity Test through mygov before submitting a childcare enrolment. Direct Debit Setup

On our enrolment form you would have noticed a Direct Debit Request and Credit Card Authority section.  Our Centre uses Direct Debit to handle all Parent Accounts. You will need to add banking details onto your Xplor account for fees to be processed. Xplor's Finance section allows for a clear and concise understanding of subsidy entitlements and amounts due. Please be advised we aim to provide all families with financial plans which adhere to your comfort. If you have any concerns with our direct debit system please contact us before adding your bank details.
